Why did you choose your profession?
Right out of the Navy. I was intrigued with the initial job as Autometrix computerized cutting table operator utilizing CAD. Then my direct PE Eng. supervisor noticed my skills and I was promoted to Engineering Liaison and soon took over his position. Experience led me to QA Manager, Project Manager, intellectual patent holder, and Lead Engineer.
Who are your main influences?
Those close to me I can learn from. The bosses that first took a chance with me right after I got out of the Navy. From there I learned from those near me that I thought were great people and teachers.  Bringing my experience overseas and work with great people.
